Job summary

Molecular Devices, a Danaher operating company, seeks a Cellular Workflow Automation Field Applications Scientist in the Greater Boston area. You will provide pre- and post-sales support for automated cell culture platforms, deliver live demonstrations, train customers, and troubleshoot workflows.

Role requires an advanced degree in Biological Sciences and 2+ years in lab automation, with preferred experience in 3D biology.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in Biological Sciences or equivalent.
• ~2+ years hands-on experience with laboratory automation.
• Experience with 3D biology, including organoids, spheroids preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide pre-sales and post-sales application support for automated cell culture platforms.
• Perform live demonstrations, trainings, and troubleshooting for customers.
• Assist with optimizing customer workflows and adoption of complex biology solutions.
• Travel up to 75% and work from the Greater Boston area as a home-based employee.
