Job summary

Ensemble Health Partners is seeking a Clinical Documentation Integrity Supervisor to lead a team of CDI specialists. The role focuses on QA, coaching, hiring, and performance management to ensure high-quality clinical documentation and regulatory compliance.

This remote, US-based position requires travel to client sites as needed. You will collaborate with coding professionals, develop training materials, and drive process improvements while supporting the company's award-winning culture and

Qualifications

• Current RN licensure required.
• Minimum of two years CDI experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to manage on-site travel (15–25%).

Responsibilities

• Ensures the competency of CDI staff through ongoing QA reviews and skills assessments; leads hiring, training and performance management for CDI associates.
• Assists in developing policies, procedures and materials for the CDI program.
• Develops educational programs to keep CDSs/physicians/service lines/advisors up to date on regulatory changes and identified gaps.
• Partners with coding professionals for improved outcomes and initiatives.
• Collaborates with internal and client leadership on action plans, KPI improvement/maintenance, and growth strategies.
• Oversees vendor partnerships to optimize software functionality, CDI resources, staffing and client integration.
• Delivers regular client and leadership reports; onsite travel is required.
