Job summary

Ensemble is seeking a Clinical Documentation Integrity Supervisor to lead CDI staff, drive quality assurance, and manage training and performance. The role requires current RN licensure and at least two years of CDI experience, with strong interpersonal skills and a focus on staff development.

Responsibilities include policy development, program education, collaboration with coding professionals, and coordinating with clients and leadership.

Qualifications

• RN licensure required.
• Minimum of two years CDI experience.
• Excellent interpersonal skills including verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead hiring, training and performance management for all CDI staff and mentor mentees.
• Oversee quality assurance reviews and skills assessments for CDS staff; provide feedback and development resources.
• Collaborate with leadership on action plans, KPIs and program growth; ensure day-to-day CDI operations run smoothly.
• Coordinate with vendor partnerships to support CDI resources, staffing and client integration.
• Prepare regular reports and deliverables for clients and internal leadership; travel onsite as required (15–25%).
