Job summary

Ensemble Health Partners seeks a Clinical Documentation Integrity Supervisor to lead our CDI team. This remote role requires experience in CDI, RN licensure, and strong communication skills, with 15%–25% travel to client sites.

Certified credentials (CCDS/CDIP) or related certifications are required within nine months. Join a respected leader in revenue cycle management with extensive client engagements across healthcare systems.

Qualifications

• Current RN Licensure
• Minimum of two years CDI experience
• Excellent interpersonal skills including verbal and written communication
• Acute care experience or similar clinical setting
• Remote position with travel to client locations 15%–25%
• Required certifications: CCDS and/or CDIP or coding certifications, CRCR willingness within 9 months

Responsibilities

• Ensure competency of CDS staff through QA reviews and skills assessments
• Lead hiring, training, and performance management for CDI associates
• Develop policies/procedures for the CDI program
• Collaborate with coding professionals and client leadership on KPI improvements
• Oversee vendor partnerships for CDI resources, tooling, and client integration
• Travel onsite 15%–25% as needed
