Job summary

Greenbrook Medical is seeking a Manager, Clinical Documentation Integrity to lead the CDI team, ensuring accurate, complete, compliant, and defensible documentation. The role combines people leadership with hands-on coding guidance and workflow optimization.

You will drive onboarding, coaching, quality monitoring, and performance improvement while collaborating with Medical Records, physician leadership, and operational teams to maintain high-quality provider documentation across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in clinical documentation integrity, risk adjustment, or HCC coding.
• Experience leading, coaching, or supervising others.
• Strong knowledge of ICD-10-CM and CMS-HCC methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations of the CDI team across prospective and concurrent chart review.
• Own team performance, quality, onboarding, coaching, workflow management, and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with physicians and clinical teams to ensure complete documentation and coding.
