Job summary

Solventum- is expanding its CDI capabilities with a Growth Manager to lead CDI program development and client delivery. This role focuses on cross-functional collaboration with sales, analytics, and clinical teams to drive measurable growth and client outcomes.

The Growth Manager will provide expertise on CDI, coding practices, quality measures, and regulatory requirements while engaging healthcare executives and HIM professionals to expand solutions and revenue opportunities.

Qualifications

• 8 years of Clinical Documentation Integrity (CDI) experience.
• 3 years working in or with hospitals across revenue cycle operations, including physician documentation, CDI, and coding.
• Proven ability to champion innovation and drive adoption of new products and solutions.

Responsibilities

• Developing and executing CDI growth strategies aligned with organizational goals to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
• Partnering with healthcare executives, physician leaders, HIM professionals, finance leaders, and revenue cycle stakeholders to build relationships and retention.
• Collaborating with sales, marketing, product, operations, analytics, implementation, and clinical teams to deliver tailored client solutions.
• Providing subject matter expertise on CDI programs, coding practices, quality measures, risk adjustment, and regulatory requirements.
• Monitoring growth metrics, pipeline activity, and market performance; preparing executive-level ROI reports.
