Job summary

Omega Healthcare Management Services, Ltd. seeks a senior leader to drive the service delivery of inpatient CDI offerings. The role oversees global teams, sets CDI strategy, and ensures compliant coding and reimbursement across multiple regions.

Responsibilities include developing workflows, monitoring KPIs, and collaborating with clients and sales teams to grow the CDI division while maintaining high-quality standards.

Qualifications

• BSN required; RN licensure.
• 5+ years leading remote/global CDI teams.
• 5+ years CDI experience in inpatient/acute care.
• CCDS or CDIP certification.
• Extensive knowledge of DRG methodologies, ICD-10 coding, and payer regulations.
• Experience with CDI software and technology solutions.

Responsibilities

• Define scope, target market, and differentiation for global CDI offerings.
• Establish KPIs to measure success of the global CDI division.
• Lead recruitment, onboarding, and development of a CDI team across US, India, and the Philippines.
• Define CDI workflows for inpatient/acute care and ensure compliant documentation.
• Collaborate with sales/account teams to support CDI growth and client needs.
• Manage budgets and financial performance for CDI clients; analyze KPI reports.
