Job summary

Support Tech LLC is seeking a Technical Project Manager to oversee low voltage, CCTV, access control, and network deployment initiatives. This is a 100% remote role with global scope, coordinating across sites and time zones to ensure on-time delivery and client satisfaction.

You will develop BOMs, provide pre-sale scoping, and support post-sale implementation in collaboration with sales and field teams. Fluent English communication and multi-site coordination are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience with low voltage, CCTV, and access-control deployments.
• Strong understanding of CCTV installations and security infrastructure.
• Proficiency in networking hardware and wireless technologies.
• Experience coordinating multi-site deployments across time zones.

Responsibilities

• Manage low voltage, CCTV, access control, and networking projects from kickoff to completion.
• Create Bills of Materials (BOMs) and technical requirements from client specs.
• Assist sales with pre-sale scoping and post-sale implementation support.
• Coordinate field technicians, vendors, and clients across multiple sites.
