Thought Matters, LLC invites a Remote Licensed Behavioral Health Therapist to join our virtual team. This full-time role focuses on CBT-based therapy for adults, with no on-call or evening commitments and daytime hours.

Qualifications

• Licensed mental health professional in Florida (LMFT/LMHC/LCSW) with current license.
• Master's degree or Doctorate in a clinical field.
• Minimum of two years post-licensure clinical experience.
• Demonstrated expertise delivering Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual therapy to adult clients using CBT.
• Document using an EMR system.
• Participate in peer consults and groups for ongoing learning.
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
