Qualifications

• Active Florida license as LMFT, LMHC, or LCSW.
• Clinical Master’s degree or Doctorate in a relevant field.
• Minimum of two years of post-licensure experience in providing therapeutic services.
• Proven experience in delivering CBT practices across diverse client populations.

Responsibilities

• Guide clients through structured CBT programs addressing anxiety, depression, and stress management.
• Utilize a user-friendly EMR system for documentation, ensuring client records are accurate and up-to-date.
• Engage in team-based learning strategies and peer review sessions to enhance clinical skills and share best practices.
• Maintain consistent work hours during the day, allowing for routine scheduling of client sessions and work-life balance.
• Collaborate with fellow therapists to refine treatment approaches based on client feedback and clinical evidence.
