Key Responsibilities

• Deliver structured Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) programs tailored to the unique needs of each client.
• Utilize a user-friendly Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system for efficient documentation and client management.
• Participate in team-based learning initiatives and engaging peer review meetings to ensure the highest standards of therapeutic practices.
• Maintain open communication with colleagues and supervisors to foster a collaborative treatment environment and continually evolve your therapy techniques.
• Regularly assess client progress and adapt treatment plans based on their evolving needs, utilizing data-driven approaches to track outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In your role, you will work with a diverse adult client population facing an array of mental health challenges. Your expertise in CBT will enable you to effectively address issues such as anxiety, depression, stress management, and relationship difficulties, providing your clients with practical tools to navigate their mental health journeys.

Qualifications

• A current and active mental health license in Florida (LMFT, LMHC, or LCSW).
• A Master's or Doctorate degree in a clinical field pertinent to mental health counseling.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience as a licensed therapist, with at least 1 year of full licensure to practice.
• Demonstrated proficiency in delivering CBT in diverse settings, showcasing your ability to adapt to client needs.

Preferred Experience

• Experience working in a remote setting, with a strong ability to self-manage and organize your workload efficiently.
• Familiarity with using telehealth platforms or other digital resources applicable to providing mental health services.
• Prior engagement in continuing education and professional development to keep skills and knowledge current.
