Job summary

Thought Matters, LLC is a fully remote behavioral health organization seeking a licensed therapist to deliver CBT-based therapy to adults. The role emphasizes thorough documentation in our EMR system and active participation in remote peer consultations.

Required are a Florida license (LMFT/LMHC/LCSW), a Clinical Master’s or Doctorate, and at least two years post-licensure experience. Compensation ranges from USD 100,000 to 110,000 annually plus bonuses and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Active Florida license in LMFT, LMHC, or LCSW.
• Clinical Master’s/Doctoral degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum of 2 years post-licensure therapy experience.
• Experience delivering CBT with adults.

Responsibilities

• Guide clients through structured CBT programs tailored to individual needs.
• Utilize EMR system for documentation and client data management.
• Participate in remote peer consultation and team-learning initiatives.
• Maintain daytime working hours and prioritize clinician well-being.
