Thought Matters, LLC is seeking a licensed Clinical Mental Health Therapist for a full-time remote role. You will deliver CBT-based therapy to adult clients and document progress using an EMR system, while collaborating with a team through regular consultations.

The position emphasizes efficient, tech-enabled care with no on-call, weekend, or evening shifts, supporting a balanced lifestyle and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Active mental health license in Florida (LMFT/LMHC/LCSW) is required.
• Bachelor's degree required; Clinical Master’s or Doctorate preferred.
• Minimum two years of clinical experience and one year of full licensure.

Responsabilités

• Develop individualized treatment plans and conduct CBT-based therapy.
• Use EMR to document progress and ensure team communication.
• Participate in regular peer consultations and team-based learning.
• Deliver client care during structured daytime hours with clear work-life boundaries.
