Qualifications

• Experience with cognitive behavioral therapy curriculum.
• Bilingual is preferred.
• Knowledge of the criminal justice system.
• Must be highly organized, detail focused, and have excellent time management.
• Must possess strong computer skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to pass background check.
• CPR/First aid and TB test requirements may apply.

Responsibilities

• Monitor adherence to program policies and procedures.
• Facilitate CBT groups, family groups, and individual counseling; provide referrals.
• Maintain client treatment files and record progress reports.
• Engage with referring agencies and community meetings.
• Coordinate ancillary services and referral resources; network with community agencies.
