Job summary

WestCare Foundation in Fresno, CA is seeking a full-time staff member to deliver treatment groups and engage clients with proven programs, while maintaining fidelity to the therapeutic model and organizational mission.

The role requires a high school diploma, CBT experience, group and individual sessions, and the ability to work with a team and uphold confidentiality and licensing standards. Compensation is $27.00–$29.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year CBT service experience and ability to follow evidence-based protocols.
• Two years of college in a related field preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Must meet local licensing board standards.
• Ability to obtain and maintain CDCR clearance and related screenings.

Responsibilities

• Deliver treatment education and services to participants.
• Conduct group and individual sessions.
• Evaluate the progress of the participants assigned to their groups.
• Develop and implement a treatment plan with participants and their primary counselor.
• Adhere to confidentiality and ethical standards.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.
