Job summary

WestCare Foundation is seeking a treatment professional to deliver education and services to participants in our program. The role involves leading group and individual sessions, evaluating progress, and collaborating with the participant's primary counselor to develop and implement a treatment plan.

You must meet licensure standards, possess CBT experience, and maintain confidentiality; a valid CA license clearance is required, along with ability to obtain CDCR/LEIE/EPLS clearances and comply

Qualifications

• Minimum one (1) year experience providing CBT services.
• Ability to follow EBP protocol.
• Strong communication and teamwork.
• Must obtain and maintain CDCR/LEIE/EPLS clearances.
• Vaccination and booster per policy.

Responsibilities

• Deliver treatment education and services to participants.
• Conduct group and individual sessions.
• Evaluate progress of participants.
• Develop and implement treatment plans with participants’ primary counselor.
• Maintain fidelity to the treatment model and organizational policies.
