Job summary

Westcare-Illinois-Inc in Chicago seeks a clinician to provide cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) group sessions and related counseling services in community settings. Qualifications

Master’s or bachelor’s degree preferred; high school diploma or equivalent required.
Experience with cognitive behavioral therapy curriculum.
Bilingual ability preferred.
Knowledge of the criminal justice system.

Responsibilities

Facilitate CBT groups, family groups, and individual counseling sessions.
Deliver case management, education, and community outreach services, and referrals.
Maintain client treatment files and documentation per policy.
Coordinate referrals and liaise with referring agencies.
Prepare progress reports and participate in community meetings.
Provide general client supervision and schedule therapeutic activities.
Ensure compliance with safety and ethical standards.
