Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years in food service management with senior leadership experience overseeing catering operations.
• Proven track record in P&L, budgets, and operational performance.
• Experience developing strategic plans for growth and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Direct and manage catering operations remotely to ensure quality and profitability across contracts.
• Oversee budgets, financial performance, and identify cost savings and revenue opportunities.
• Establish and enforce food safety and sanitation standards in line with regulations.
• Lead and develop a remote team of site managers and staff.
• Drive menu development, supplier management, and service delivery innovations.
• Implement technology to improve operational efficiency and data analysis.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships and ensure exceptional service.
