You will lead data-driven insights, run digital shelf diagnostics, and shape recommendations that align with broader business goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years of experience in CPG category management and/or sales.
• Experience with business analytics tools such as IRI and Nielsen.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and Power BI.
• Strong strategic planning and organizational agility.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to travel 15% of the time.

Job description

For our client, we are seeking a Category Manager - On-Demand Delivery to join the team of a leader in the Food & Beverages space. This role will drive category strategy and insights to support profitable growth across digital delivery channels. The position will partner closely with internal teams and external platform merchants to identify opportunities, shape recommendations, and strengthen execution in a fast-moving consumer environment. It is well suited for a commercially minded category leader who can translate data into action and help build a high-performing team.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $108,160 – $148,720 annually
