Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or related field.
8+ years in category management or shopper insights.
Hands-on experience with Nielsen or Circana (IRI) data.

Responsibilities

Own the category insights process from data to customer-ready recommendations and selling stories.
Partner with Sales and retailers to translate insights into planning conversations.
Identify growth opportunities across assortment, shelving, pricing, promotion, and distribution.
Provide category management support for regional grocery customers.
Develop tools, dashboards, and visualizations to aid decision-making.
Use syndicated and shopper data to uncover trends and propose next steps.
Validate recommendations in stores to ensure relevance.
Support national account work and cross-functional projects.
