The role requires strong project management skills, a deep understanding of retail grocery category management, and the ability to synthesize large datasets into clear dashboards and reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 5+ years in category management, data analysis, customer insights or related experience.
• Love for project management.
• Experience in Retail Grocery Category Management.
• Experience synthesizing information from large data sets from multiple sources.

Responsibilities

• Mine multiple data sources to derive insights from internal and external data.
• Review data and develop hypotheses and recommendations for team and stakeholders.
• Deliver insights to support business decisions and day-to-day priorities.
• Organize timelines, workflows, and task allocation across projects.
• Build dashboards and insights to understand the business.
