Job summary

Advantage Solutions is seeking a Category Insights Senior Analyst to deliver consumer and marketplace insights for national clients with $20M+ retail sales in a regional market. You’ll partner with Category Analytics & Insights and sales teams to diagnose business problems and drive growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Category Management certification a plus.
• 3–5 years of CPG or retail data analytics experience.
• Travel: No regular travel expected.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Business Insights: provide insights and market data to measure tactical execution and inform plan adjustments.
• Trade & Pricing: support retail trade and promotional analysis to improve effectiveness.
• Business Reviews & Market Assessments: supply data for line reviews and client selling opportunities.
• Project Management: prioritize and manage schedules and coordinate activities.
• Client/Customer Partnership: build relationships and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
