Job summary

Mobilitas, a CSAA Insurance Group company, is hiring a Claims Specialist, Commercial Casualty for a remote role nationwide (excluding Hawaii and Alaska). You will resolve first and third‑party injury claims of low to moderate complexity, spanning personal and commercial lines, and become licensed across multiple states within the first 90 days.

You will manage claims efficiently with minimal supervision, evaluate coverage issues, and collaborate with teams to determine liability and pursue

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Casualty claims experience OR 2 years including 1+ year Commercial claims experience.
• High School / GED or 3+ years experience in a Casualty claims role within P&C insurance.
• Must acquire/maintain multiple Adjuster's Licenses (state-specific) within 90 days of employment or transfer.

Responsibilities

• Manage claims to resolution with minimal supervision.
• Handle liability injury claims with coverage, liability and damage considerations.
• Take first notice of loss (FNOL) and participate in department queue.
• Make coverage determinations and conduct investigations; advise on coverage actions.
• Lose to determine liability based on evidence gathered; assess subrogation potential.
