Job summary

CSAA Insurance Group is hiring a Casualty Specialist Evaluator to work remotely in the United States. You will own low-to-moderate complexity auto liability claims across multiple states, including investigation, coverage determinations, and settlement within authority.

The role requires 2+ years of claims experience, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment with occasional travel.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with 2+ relevant work experience.
• 2+ years of claims experience.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Ability to travel on rare occasions.
• Ability to work extended hours and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Handle mainly simple to moderate auto liability claims with injury exposure.
• Manage communications in writing, by telephone and email.
• Conduct investigative work and determine coverage and settlement options.
• Assist in catastrophe-related activities and subrogation assessment.
