Carnival Cruise Line is seeking a Specialist for Casino Sales and Support to handle inbound calls from casino guests and travel partners, processing bookings, upgrades, and changes while delivering exceptional service.

The role requires 1+ years in customer service, ability to navigate escalated issues, and punctual, reliable attendance with training and evening/weekend hours. On-site in Florida.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• 1+ years of Customer Service Call Center experience required.
• Navigate through and handle escalated issues.
• Must have high speed internet.
• Attend 6 weeks of training (M-F 9:30-6:30 EST).
• After training, able to work 1:30-10:00 PM EST, weekends included.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound sales and service calls from casino guests and partners.
• Process bookings, upgrades, and reservation changes; resolve issues promptly.
• Promote promotions on reservations and collaborate with other departments.
• Support casino guest bookings with internal teams to maximize revenue.
• Participate in coaching, team meetings, and quality assurance feedback.
• Fulfill additional duties and maintain compliance with policies.
