Mass General Brigham is seeking a detail-oriented Cash Reconciliation Representative to join the finance team. You will reconcile daily bank links for multiple entities, post deposits, and work closely with Cash Accounting to resolve discrepancies.

This role requires a high school diploma, 2 years of general office experience and 1–3 years of accounting with reconciliation experience in healthcare. Remote-friendly with EST hours; on-site location is 399 Revolution Drive.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2 years of general office experience.
• 1-3 years accounting experience.
• Demonstrated reconciliation experience within healthcare or financial environment.
• Knowledge of Epic system preferred, but not required.

Aufgaben

• Reconcile daily bank link for multiple entities. Ensure every cash deposit (including checks, credit cards, and lockboxes) are posted to the appropriate accounts.
• Reconcile the multiple AR systems to ensure accurate posting of the full deposit.
• Research and resolve any missing or unidentified cash, checks or credit cards. Track all unidentified transactions and report total balances monthly, including a reconciliation of what was added to and cleared from the unprocessed cash account.
• Maintain spreadsheet and prepare monthly reconciliation for the Cash Accounting Team.
• Implements and monitors tracking mechanisms for payment accuracy, error correction and various reporting as they relate to the reconciliation process.
• Communicate & present issues to appropriate levels of finance or external customers.
• Ensure quality products are produced on a timely basis.
• Assist in compilation of financial reports.
• Perform analysis of issues to support management inquires and decision making, and other projects as requested.
• Recommends operational changes to improve efficiency of department.
• Performs duties and functions in accordance with the policies and procedures established for the department.
• Perform all other duties and special projects as assigned by the management team.
