Signature Performance, Inc. is seeking a Cash Receivable Supervisor to lead daily cash posting, payments, and reconciliations in a remote nationwide role. You will supervise staff, ensure accuracy, and drive process improvements while maintaining compliance with company policies.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 5 years in healthcare cash posting, payment processing, reconciliation or related revenue cycle operations.
• Minimum 2 years supervisory or team leadership experience overseeing staff and workflows.
• Knowledge of healthcare cash posting, ERA/EOB, and reconciliation procedures.
• Understanding of Medicare, Medicaid, commercial insurance payer reimbursement.
• Experience with CPT/HCPCS codes and payer adjudication processes.
• Ability to supervise, coach, train, and develop employees with accountability for performance.

Aufgaben

• Supervise daily cash posting, payment processing, adjustment posting, and reconciliation activities.
• Provide supervision, coaching, training, and performance management of cash posting staff.
• Monitor productivity, quality, accuracy, and turnaround times; identify and address gaps.
• Ensure timely posting of payments, adjustments, denials, and other transactions.
• Oversee daily reconciliation to balance payments and records; resolve discrepancies.
• Review EOBs and remits to ensure accurate posting and adjustments.
• Coordinate with payers and internal teams to resolve posting and reconciliation issues.
• Identify trends in payer reimbursement and posting discrepancies; report findings to management.
• Establish workflows, SOPs, and internal controls for efficiency and accuracy.
• Provide ongoing training and cross-training to staff on posting procedures.
• Conduct quality assurance reviews and audits; implement corrective actions.
• Prepare and communicate operational reports and KPIs; drive improvements.
• Collaborate with leadership to address concerns and enhance workflows.
