Signature Performance, Inc. is seeking a Cash Receivable Supervisor to lead daily cash posting and reconciliation activities remotely nationwide. You will coach staff, monitor performance, and ensure accurate posting of payments and adjustments across client systems.

The role emphasizes improving processes, handling complex posting issues, and collaborating with payer and internal teams to maintain financial accuracy and compliance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive healthcare cash posting, payment processing, reconciliation, or related revenue cycle operations.
• 2+ years of supervisory or team leadership experience preferred.
• Comprehensive knowledge of healthcare cash posting processes, including insurance and patient payments, ERA, EOB, and reconciliation procedures.
• Strong understanding of Medicare, Medicaid, commercial insurance, and other government payer reimbursement methodologies.
• Working knowledge of CPT/HCPCS codes, insurance billing practices, and payer adjudication processes.
• MS Office proficiency (Excel, Word, Outlook) with data analysis capabilities.
• Experience with electronic health records (EHR) and patient accounting systems.

Responsabilités

• Supervise daily cash posting, payment processing, and reconciliation activities to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Provide supervision, coaching, training, and performance management of cash posting staff.
• Monitor productivity, quality, and turnaround times; identify gaps and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure timely posting of payments and adjustments in client and company systems.
• Oversee daily reconciliation to ensure payments are balanced and discrepancies resolved.
• Review payer documentation (EOBs, RAs) for accurate posting and adjustments.
• Coordinate with payers, internal departments, and client reps to resolve issues.
• Identify payer reimbursement trends and advise management on improvements.
• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures and internal controls.
