Job summary

Signature Performance, Inc. is seeking a Cash Receivable Supervisor to lead a remote team and optimize cash posting workflows. The role focuses on accurate reconciliation, coaching staff, and ensuring compliance with policies in a nationwide remote setup.

You will collaborate with Patient Financial Services and other departments to resolve posting discrepancies, review payer documents, and maintain strong internal controls to support financial accuracy and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in healthcare cash posting, payment processing, reconciliation, or related revenue cycle operations.
• Minimum of 2 years supervisory or team leadership experience preferred.
• Comprehensive knowledge of healthcare cash posting processes including ERA, EOB, and reconciliation procedures.
• Strong understanding of payer reimbursement methodologies and payment processing requirements.
• Experience with CPT/HCPCS codes, insurance billing practices, and payer adjudication.
• Experience supervising staff with focus on productivity, quality, and performance.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily cash posting, payment processing, adjustment posting, and reconciliation activities.
• Provide supervision, coaching, training, and performance management of cash posting staff.
• Monitor productivity, quality, accuracy, and turnaround times; implement corrective actions.
• Ensure timely posting of payments, adjustments, denials, and other transactions in client and company systems.
• Oversee daily reconciliation processes; identify and resolve discrepancies.
• Review EOBs, Remittance Advice, and other payer docs to ensure correct posting.
• Coordinate with insurers, government entities, internal departments, and client reps to resolve issues.
• Prepare operational reports and KPIs; drive continuous process improvement.
