Job summary

Forward in Marshfield, WI is seeking a Cash Management Support Specialist to be the primary contact for Cash Management services, including ACH and Wire Origination, RDC, and Positive Pay.

You will troubleshoot issues, support Digital Banking teams, and collaborate with internal departments to deliver seamless client service while protecting confidentiality. An associate degree or 2–3 years banking experience is required; AAP certification is desirable but not required.

Responsibilities

• Act as the main contact for Cash Management issues.

• Assist customers with ACH and Wire origination processes.
• Provide support for Digital Banking and collaboration with internal teams.
