Paylocity is seeking a treasury professional to manage cash, relationships with banks, and investments across a fully remote US team. The ideal candidate has a strong background in treasury operations, forecasting, and financial analysis, supported by a finance or accounting degree.

You will collaborate with finance and accounting teams, drive process improvements, and contribute to executive materials while supporting system enhancements and automation initiatives.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in treasury or related field.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with experience in financial modeling and forecasting.
• Knowledge of cash management, banking systems, financial markets, and economic trends.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Aufgaben

• Monitor and manage the company's cash position to ensure liquidity for daily operations and long-term initiatives.
• Lead daily cash forecasting, actualization, and analysis to optimize cash management strategies.
• Support investment decision making, monitor performance, and prepare materials for senior management.
• Maintain relationships with banks and financial institutions for timely execution of transactions.
• Execute wire transfers, ACH payments, and other cash movements per policy.
• Conduct bank fee analyses and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Assist in preparation of executive month-end materials.
• Lead banking partner analysis using various data sources and risk metrics.
• Assist with management and reporting of credit facilities and covenants.
• Support treasury projects, system enhancements, and process improvements.
• Support treasury leadership with ad-hoc requests.
