Job summary

Empower LLC is seeking a Senior Analyst for Treasury Cash Forecasting and Analysis. The role focuses on maintaining the cash forecast, validating data sources, and delivering management-ready variance explanations.

You will partner with Treasury and Finance to drive accurate forecasts and implement automation to streamline processes. Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in treasury/cash forecasting, strong Excel and data analytics, and experience with Kyriba TMS and SAP S/4HANA.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Data Science, or related discipline.
5-7+ years of treasury / cash forecasting experience in a complex environment preferred.
Strong knowledge of financial statements and cash flow interactions.
3-5 years of Kyriba TMS experience required; SAP S/4HANA preferred.
Advanced Excel and data analytics skills; ability to automate processes.

Responsibilities

Prepares and maintains the weekly cash forecast with validated sources.
Creates detailed variance analyses comparing actuals to forecasts and explains drivers.
Enhances scenario analysis for cash balances and forecasting accuracy.
Collaborates with Treasury leadership and Finance to ensure reliable outputs.
Leverages Power Platform and other tools to automate data integration and reporting.
