Paylocity, a leading cloud-based HR and payroll software provider, seeks a Treasury professional to manage cash and investments and banking relationships, with a focus on treasury, accounting, and process improvements. This is a fully remote US position.

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years in treasury, strong analytical skills, and proficiency in Excel and financial software. Base pay is disclosed with annual bonus and RSU eligibility per policy.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field.
• 2+ years of Treasury or related experience.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with forecasting experience.
• Knowledge of cash management, banking systems, financial markets, and economic trends.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to embrace automation and artificial intelligence initiatives.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial software applications.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor and manage the company's cash position to ensure adequate liquidity for daily operations and long-term strategic initiatives.
• Lead daily cash forecasting, actualization, and analysis to optimize cash management strategies.
• Support investment decision making process including coordinating key inputs, monitoring investment performance, recommending changes, and assisting with deck preparation for senior management.
• Maintain relationships with banks and other financial institutions to ensure timely and accurate execution of transactions.
• Execute wire transfers, ACH payments, and other cash movements in accordance with established policies and procedures.
• Manage ongoing bank account entitlements and own preparation of corporate bank access memo.
• Act as bank fee subject matter expert performing recurring bank fee analyses identifying opportunities for cost savings.
• Assist in the preparation of executive level month-end materials.
• Lead banking partner analysis leveraging various data sources monitoring key risk metrics.
• Assist with management and reporting of credit facilities and covenant compliance execution.
• Assist with the implementation of Treasury-related projects and initiatives, including system enhancements and process improvements.
• Support the Treasury leadership and other members of the finance and accounting teams with ad-hoc requests and projects as needed.
