Job summary

Dunhill Government Solutions is seeking Case Processing Specialists for a seasonal, fully remote role supporting health insurance marketplace case analysis and data reconciliation. You’ll collect data from multiple sources, resolve issues, and follow SOPs to assist consumers and issuers.

The assignment runs through roughly April 30, 2027, with training and bonuses for performance. After training, shifts occur 8:00 AM–8:00 PM Eastern, Monday–Friday, with no split shifts.

Qualifications

Associate degree or high school diploma/GED with 2 years of relevant experience.
Strong data analysis and problem solving abilities.
Proficiency with MS Office and remote work discipline.

Responsibilities

Use data analysis for research, remediation, and case management.
Review caseload and prioritize by urgency and SLA dates.
Reconcile cases across multiple data sources and document findings.
Communicate with consumers by phone to gather information and explain outcomes.
Adjudicate cases using procedures and escalate when needed.
Support workflow improvements and work from a remote home workspace.
