Job summary

Dunhill Government Solutions is recruiting Case Processing Specialists for a seasonal, fully remote role supporting case analysis and data reconciliation for a federal health insurance marketplace program. Training spans three weeks with instructor-led sessions and a one-week job shadow, all within Eastern time.

After training, shifts run 8:00 AM–8:00 PM, Monday–Friday. Responsibilities include data reconciliation across sources, customer outreach by phone, and adherence to SLA timelines.

Qualifications

• Associate degree, OR high school diploma/GED and 2 years of relevant experience.
• MS Office proficiency (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Experience with data analytics and problem solving.
• Ability to work remotely in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Strong written and oral communication skills; able to work overtime as required.

Responsibilities

• Use data analysis skills for research, remediation, case management and troubleshooting for consumers who obtain health coverage through the marketplace
• Review your assigned caseload and prioritize by urgency and SLA date
• Reconcile each case across multiple data sources to determine what happened and where the data diverged
• Speak with consumers several times a day by phone to gather information or explain outcomes with clear, empathetic communication
• Adjudicate cases using SOPs, document findings, and escalate cases needing advanced subject-matter expertise
• Contribute to workflow investigations, business procedures and process improvements
• Work from a dedicated, secure area within your residence
