Job summary

Dunhill Government Solutions is seeking a seasonal Case Processing Specialist to support a federal health insurance marketplace program remotely from a home office in the United States. You will collect and reconcile data across multiple sources, following SOPs to resolve cases for consumers and health insurance issuers, with a training period and a defined shift later in the day.

After completing training, you’ll work a full-time schedule within 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM Eastern, Monday–Friday,

Qualifications

• Associate degree or high school diploma/GED with 2 years of relevant experience.
• Experience following defined processes or assignments.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Analyze and reconcile data across multiple sources to resolve cases.
• Prioritize caseload by urgency and SLA dates.
• Contact consumers by phone to gather information or explain outcomes.
• Adjudicate cases per SOPs and document findings; escalate when needed.
• Contribute to workflow improvements and process development.
• Work from a dedicated, secure area in your home.
