Job summary

Dunhill Government Solutions is hiring Case Processing Specialists for a seasonal, fully remote team supporting case analysis and data reconciliation for a federal health insurance marketplace program. You will collect and reconcile data from several sources and follow defined SOPs to resolve cases for consumers and health insurance issuers.

This is a seasonal, full-time position running through approximately April 30, 2027, with training and potential bonuses for performance.

Qualifications

• Experience with data analytics and problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Use data analysis to research, remediate, and manage cases for consumers with marketplace health coverage.
• Review caseload and prioritize by SLA date.
• Reconcile cases across data sources to identify divergences.
• Communicate with consumers by phone to gather information and explain outcomes.
• Adjudicate cases using SOPs, document findings, and escalate when needed.
• Contribute to workflow improvements and process documentation.
• Work from a secure, dedicated area at home.
