Dunhill Government Solutions is seeking Case Processing Specialists for a seasonal, fully remote role supporting federal health insurance marketplace case analysis and data reconciliation. You will collect and reconcile data from multiple sources and follow SOPs to resolve cases for consumers and health insurance issuers.

Training spans three weeks with clear schedules and bonuses for meeting milestones. After training, shifts run 8:00 AM–8:00 PM ET, Monday–Friday, with no time off during

Qualifications

• Associate degree or high school diploma/GED with 2 years of relevant experience.
• Proficient with MS Office applications.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work remotely with self-discipline.

Responsabilités

• Research, remediation, case management and troubleshooting for health coverage marketplace.
• Prioritize caseload by urgency and SLA date.
• Reconcile cases across data sources to identify divergences.
• Contact consumers by phone to gather information or explain outcomes.
• Adjudicate cases using SOPs and document findings thoroughly.
• Contribute to workflow investigations and process improvements.
• Work from a dedicated, secure home workspace.
