The International Rescue Committee (IRC) seeks a Survivors of Torture (SOT) Caseworker to deliver client-centered case management in line with program goals. You will assess needs, screen eligibility, and develop personalized service plans while coordinating access to community resources and services.

Responsibilities include data collection, donor reporting, trainings for partner agencies, and collaboration with IRC staff and external partners to expand program impact.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in Social Work or similar field preferred.
• 2+ years of case management experience in social services.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and data entry.

Responsabilités

• Provide comprehensive case management services to survivors of torture.
• Conduct eligibility screenings and enrollment paperwork.
• Develop service and safety plans for program participants.
• Coordinate with community resources and legal referrals as needed.
• Complete case notes timely and assist with donor reporting.
• Support trainings of mainstream service providers.
• Participate in program meetings and team activities.
• Adhere to IRC policies and safeguarding protocols.

Formation
