HireHawk Inc. is seeking a dedicated remote case-support assistant for a plaintiff personal injury firm client in Los Angeles. You will handle scheduling, follow-ups, and file work to keep cases moving, while the case manager sets priorities.

Work hours align with US Pacific Time; full-time remote contract; duties include medical appointments, records requests, calendars, and client communications, with strict confidentiality and organized workflow.

Qualificações

• Two+ years supporting case managers at a US personal injury law firm.
• Experience scheduling medical appointments and requesting medical records and bills.
• Strong written and spoken English.
• Organized and detail-oriented with reliable follow-through.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace and a legal case management platform.
• Available full-time during US Pacific business hours with reliable internet and a dedicated workspace.

Responsabilidades

• Schedule client medical appointments and keep treatment calendars up to date.
• Request medical records and bills, and follow up with providers until they arrive.
• Keep case files organized and current in the firm's case management software.
• Track deadlines and outstanding items, and flag anything at risk to the case manager.
• Communicate with clients, medical providers and insurance representatives to collect missing information.
• Prepare correspondence, forms and simple status updates.
• Protect client confidentiality at all times.
