Job summary

Imagine360, LLC is seeking a Supervisor, Case Management who will supervise Case Managers under group health plans, using nursing expertise and leadership to guide clinical activities. This remote role requires overseeing risk, quality, and staffing while ensuring regulatory compliance.

You will supervise, coach, and mentor staff, lead process improvements, and collaborate with managers to maintain high standards of care and efficiency in service delivery.

Qualifications

• Nursing degree from an accredited college, university, or school of nursing.
• Bachelor's degree in nursing preferred but not required.
• 3 years' experience in a clinical role with direct patient care.
• Experience in Utilization Management, Case Management, or transferable clinical skills.
• Experience mentoring or managing a team of clinical or non-clinical staff.
• Experience in URAC accredited Case Management program preferred.
• Experience in an insurance agency or TPA self-funded medical plans.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision to Case Managers and oversee case management services.
• Edit, maintain, and implement Policies & Procedures meeting accreditations.
• Review and audit monthly billing for Case Managers.
• Lead quality program initiatives including data collection and reporting.
• Maintain satisfaction surveys and report results.
• Research member complaints and provide resolution.
• Participate in interviews and onboarding of new employees.
• Oversee caseloads and monitor schedules to meet business needs.
• Mentor and coach staff; lead improvement projects.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and professional communication with stakeholders.
