CorVel is seeking a Case Management Supervisor to lead the designated department in a remote role, directing daily operations and ensuring high-quality service. The position requires an RN license in the operating state and substantial clinical experience, with potential travel for meetings.

Responsibilities include supervising staff, handling HR matters within the department, and may involve limited marketing, sales activities, and clinical oversight by an RN when necessary.

Qualifikationen

• Graduate of accredited nursing program with RN licensure.
• 3+ years of recent clinical experience, rehabilitation preferred.
• Experience in supervisory or management roles within a department.

Aufgaben

• Direct a designated group of employees in day-to-day operations.
• Ensure quality of service provided by the department.
• Handle human resources matters related to the supervised department.
• Travel overnight may be required for meetings.
• Review reports, invoices, logs, and expenses on a regular basis.
• Oversee limited marketing and sales activities as needed.
• Oversee clinical activities; RN may provide direction if needed.
• Coordinate with RN for clinical oversight when applicable.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
