Job summary

CorVel is seeking a Case Management Supervisor to direct the operations of the designated department, including human resources, customer service, and limited sales management. This is a remote role based in the United States.

You will oversee a team, ensure quality of service, and manage HR matters related to the department. Candidates should be an experienced nurse with current RN licensure, 3+ years of clinical experience (rehabilitation preferred), and relevant management or supervisory

Qualifications

• RN licensure in state of operation.
• 3+ years of clinical experience, preferably in rehabilitation.
• National certification (CRC, CIRS, CCRN, CCM, etc.), CCM preferred.
• Demonstrated experience in management or supervision.

Responsibilities

• Direct a designated group of employees in day-to-day operations.
• Ensure quality of service provided.
• Oversee human resources matters related to department supervised.
• May travel overnight and attend meetings.
• Review reports, invoices, logs and expenses on a daily/weekly/monthly basis.
• Oversee limited marketing and sales activities as needed.
• Oversee case management clinical activities (dependent on RN status).
• Additional duties as assigned.
