Job summary

CorVel is seeking a Director of CareIQ Service Operations to oversee Intake, Scheduling and Vendor Services Coordination across CareIQ products. The role emphasizes leadership, process improvement, and cross-functional collaboration in a remote setting with occasional travel.

The position requires strong project management, mentoring and stakeholder management skills, plus at least 5 years in healthcare service management. A comprehensive benefits package accompanies full-time employment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare or related field with experience.
• Master’s degree in business, healthcare or related field with experience preferred.
• Prior managerial experience in Ancillary Benefit Management or Utilization Management preferred.
• At least 5 years of prior management experience in healthcare services required.

Responsibilities

• Operate as the Subject Matter Expert regarding CareIQ’s Intake, Scheduling and Coordinating products.
• Monitor staffing, workload, productivity, and capacity across service lines to ensure resource alignment.
• Implement and oversee workflow processes per SLAs to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
• Production and quality management to ensure team performance metrics are met.
• Provide excellent internal and external customer support including issue resolution and training.
• Lead operations for hiring, training and staff development to boost engagement.
• Assure optimal team performance through training, coaching and team-building.
• Review and monitor service and quality results; close performance gaps with action plans.
• Ensure client specific processes are sustainable and implemented accurately.
• Collaborate with leadership to ensure consistent service delivery and alignment.
• Maintain knowledge of jurisdictional regulations regarding ancillary care.
