Qualifications

• 2+ years of high-volume recruiting experience, preferably healthcare or service industry.
• Proven track record of meeting hiring goals in fast-paced environments.
• Expert-level proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (Greenhouse preferred).
• Strong understanding of HR onboarding processes and compliance.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills across diverse candidates.
• Experience planning and executing recruiting events.
• Self-motivated with strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for events.
• Proficiency with social media recruiting and digital marketing tools.
• Flexibility to work occasional non-standard hours.

Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and hire 15–25+ caregivers, LPNs, and CNAs per month.
• Manage full-cycle recruitment from first contact to onboarding handoff.
• Conduct high-volume phone screens and in-person interviews efficiently.
• Build a robust candidate pipeline for current and future needs.
• Utilize sourcing strategies including social media, referrals, and local partnerships.
• Track monthly hiring goals and KPIs.
• Plan and host recruiting events at community venues and job fairs.
• Engage with diverse communities to build inclusive pipelines.
• Collaborate with HR on Paylocity onboarding transitions.
