Job summary

LRS Healthcare is seeking a Recruiter to develop, negotiate, and implement partnerships with traveling long-term care, allied and nursing healthcare professionals nationwide. This role emphasizes entrepreneurial mindset, go-getter initiative, and relationship-building with caregivers and internal Account Managers.

Note: This remote position requires you to reside 60 miles or more from Omaha, NE to qualify for remote work.

Qualifications

• College degree preferred but not required.
• New College Graduates are highly encouraged to apply.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to communicate professionally over phone, email, text and in person.
• Strong time-management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word & Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to caregivers, primarily through phone-based recruiting and outreach.
• Maintain relationships with caregivers throughout the process from initial contact through placement.
• Follow up by phone on qualified leads and seek out potential candidates to match open positions.
• Conduct initial phone screens with candidates and collaborate with Account Managers to find fit.
• Meet division metrics via dials, placements, profiles, etc.
• Seek out new recruiting tools to gain new business.
• Promote a team-oriented culture.
• Adhere to all company policies and standards.
