Job summary

Kinetic Potential is recruiting KP Mentors to provide one-on-one support to DORS clients, helping with resumes, interview skills, and soft skills. • Deliver services such as Pre-ETS, Job Development, Job Coaching, and Work Adjustment Training
• Guide clients through career exploration and employment readiness activities
• Support youth in transition and adults seeking job placement
• Maintain accurate documentation of client progress in line with DORS requirements
• Collaborate with KP staff and DORS counselors to ensure high-quality service delivery
