Kinetic Potential is a mission-driven workforce development organization that partners with public agencies such as the Maryland Division of Rehabilitation Services (DORS) to deliver life-changing services for individuals with diverse abilities and backgrounds.

Position Overview:
KP Mentors provide direct one-on-one support to DORS clients, including youth and adults with disabilities. They help individuals build resumes, develop interview skills, and enhance their soft skills, while also providing job coaching and workforce readiness training. Mentors work closely with clients to promote confidence, independence, and meaningful employment outcomes.
