Two years of college or equivalent experience is preferred; strong organization, communication and writing skills are essential.

• Proficient in using computers and online platforms for remote services.

Responsibilities

• Mentor and provide support to individuals with developmental disabilities at their job sites.
• Develop job opportunities and assist with employability skills.
• Coordinate transportation and access to community resources.
• Build meaningful daily schedules with the support circle.
• Maintain professional relationships with persons served, coworkers and employers.
