Job summary

Kinetic Potential (KP) is seeking Talent Advisors to guide cohorts through a three-part project management training and career-exploration program. This part-time role involves onboarding cohorts, delivering instruction, and providing ongoing support and feedback to help participants prepare for potential employment with KP or its network partners.

Responsibilities include coordinating schedules, offering office hours, and actively engaging learners with practical examples aligned to KP’s

Qualifications

10+ years of project management experience.
PMP certification.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Experience teaching adult learners online.

Responsibilities

Onboard new student cohorts to the Training Certification program.
Provide instruction and real-world guidance aligned with KP activities.
Support students during exam preparation with regular office hours.
Respond to student questions via email Q&A.
Engage students through frequent interaction that motivates learning.
Guide students in applying learning to problem- and project-based demos.
Provide constructive feedback with rubrics and acknowledge accomplishments.
Demonstrate current project management expertise and connect concepts across the program.
Identify innovative methods to help unemployed adults complete training.
